What kind of dining amenities does SAM offer?

SAM Downtown and the Olympic Sculpture Park both offer quick grab and go options, while TASTE Restaurant downtown offers a broader array of restaurant fare.

  • TASTE Restaurant at SAM Downtown is a full-service restaurant open for lunch, happy hour and dinner. Kids menu offered daily. More information
  • TASTE Café at the Olympic Sculpture Park is open all year, though hours do change seasonally. It offers more than 50 seats for dining customers. More information

TASTE Restaurant at SAM Downtown

Open for lunch, happy hour and dinner
Tuesday–Saturday: 10 am–10 pm
Sunday: 10 am–6 pm

TASTE Café at the Olympic Sculpture Park

Day after Labor Day–April 30

Tuesday–Sunday: 10 am–3 pm
Monday: Closed

May 1–Labor Day

Is outside food allowed in the TASTE Café?

Tables and chairs are for TASTE Café customers only. No outside food or beverages are allowed at TASTE Restaurant.

What forms of payment does TASTE accept?

TASTE accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express; no checks.


Does TASTE offer organic and vegetarian options?

Our constantly changing seasonal menus always feature vegetarian options. We choose to invest in our community by buying products from local farmers and artisans in support of sustainable farming practices, committed to nourishing and replenishing the local land.


What is the membership discount at TASTE?

SAM members receive a 10% discount at all TASTE locations.This discount is subject to change.
