Purchasing Tickets
To purchase tickets in advance, call (206) 292-ARTS or visit any Ticketmaster
ticket center, including select Rite Aid, Wherehouse, and Tower Records/Video
stores.
Advance tickets may also be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com.
Day-of tickets are available at the museum Admissions Desk.
Ticket Prices
Ticket price includes a state-of-the-art MP3 audio tour for both adults and children.
$12 adults
$9 children ages 7–12, seniors 62 and over, and students
free to children 6 and under
Special Family Package Price
$38 for two adults and up to four children 12 and under.
First Thursdays
Paid admission is required at all times for Treasures from a Lost Civilization.
However, on the first Thursday of the month (June 7, July 5, and August 2)
admission will be discounted to:
$7 adults
$5 children ages 7–12, seniors 62 and over, and students
free children 6 and under
First Fridays
Reduced admission for seniors 62 and over June1, July 6 and August 3

Your Treasures from a Lost Civilization ticket is valid for the entire museum and for free admission to the Seattle Asian Art Museum in Volunteer Park if used within one week.Extended Hours

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday 10 am–5 pm
Thursday 10 am–9 pm
Friday and Saturday 10 am–8 pm
Closed Monday (excluding Memorial Day). The museum will be open July 4.
Planning Your Visit
On some days, you may need to stand in line to purchase your tickets. If you have purchased your tickets in advance, proceed to the exhibition entrance on the Second Floor.
From May 10 to June 22, and every Wednesday thereafter through July, school tours will be scheduled Tuesday–Friday between 10 am and 1 pm There will be space held for general visitors during these times.
Complimentary coat check is available in the First Avenue Lobby. Backpacks, umbrellas, strollers, and bags or purses larger than 15 x 11 in. must be checked.
