I'm interested in performing at SAM. To whom can I submit a CD of my work?

SAM presents a lush and lively atmosphere with live performers and public programs from 5 to 9 pm on select Thursday and Friday nights.

If you are a musician interested in performing at SAM, please send a CD and press kit to:

Seattle Art Museum
Attn: Public Programs
1300 First Avenue
Seattle, WA 98101-2003

Or email publicprograms@seattleartmuseum.org.

I'd like more information on when SAM's tea ceremonies are performed and by whom.

Experience the living art of chado, “the way of tea,” in the three-mat tearoom, Ryokusuian ("Arbor of Green Reflecting Waters"). Designed and built by the Urasenke Foundation of Kyoto, the teahouse on the Third Floor of SAM Downtown is the setting for bimonthly presentations by the Urasenke Foundation that include the service of tea.

I'm interested in having my own special event at one of the three locations.

Plan your next event at SAM Downtown, the Seattle Asian Art Museum or the Olympic Sculpture Park. A variety of stunning spaces are available to serve small and intimate gatherings as well as large gala celebrations.
