What Does Compassion Look Like™
Opening Reception
March 8, 2008
10 am–noon
Nordstrom Art Studio

In honor of the Dalai Lama's visit to Seattle April 12–15, young artists from Bridges to Understanding offer visual responses to the question "What does compassion look like to you?" This project is on display in the First Floor Hallway, located near the First Avenue and University Street entrance, from March 8 until April 13.

The What Does Compassion Look Like™ campaign is organized by Seeds of Compassion, an initiative to nurture kindness and compassion in the world, starting with children and all those who touch their lives. For more information about the Seeds of Compassion gathering in April, including discussions with the Dalai Lama, go to
