Family Day Playful Pursuits February 28, 2009 10 am–3 pm South Hall

SAM is on the lookout for diverse families who LOVE to have fun—the American way—and all are invited! This opening weekend celebration showcases some of the splendor of America's favorite community festivals, including circuses, county fairs and variety shows. Participants can tell tall tales, dress up, play bingo, learn how to make scrapbooks and more. Don't miss live music by some of Seattle's most talented kid performers. This celebration is guaranteed to captivate. Make a playdate to go to SAM!

This quarterly event is FREE for kids and families. Kids are admitted into the galleries with purchase of adult admission.
