SAM Talks
Patricia Kane, the Friends of American Arts Curator, American Decorative Arts at the Yale University Art Gallery, touches on highlights of the exhibition Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. She discusses how issues of cultural heritage, patriotism, politics and exploration shaped America’s art, as well as its attitudes and traditions. Bringing together some of the most compelling thinkers on a given cultural subject, Pivotal Perspectives is a timely and innovative forum that addresses pressing issues in art and society.
