Steve Seidel of the Harvard Graduate School of Education and Harvard Project Zero has just completed The Qualities of Quality: Excellence in Arts Education and How to Achieve It, a study that aims to synthesize what is currently understood about the critical elements of high-quality arts teaching and learning. Art Education Consultant Deb Brzoska has had decades of experience designing arts schools, curricula and professional development. Together they discuss the characteristics of quality arts education. PRESENTERS: Steve Seidel holds the Bauman and Bryant Chair in Arts in Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
