First Friday Lecture
Michelangelo Public and Private

Stuart Lingo, an assistant professor of art history at the University of Washington who specializes in Italian Renaissance art, presents this lecture on Michelangelo Public and Private: Drawings for the Sistine Chapel and Other Treasures from the Casa Buonarroti. The exhibition explores the working processes that led to masterpieces such as the Sistine Chapel ceiling frescoes.
