Free simulcasts of the lectures will be available in the Nordstrom Lecture Hall. Limited seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This five part lecture series examines the impact that art and culture had on Pablo Picasso as well as his impact on art during the 20th and 21st centuries. Each week Picasso’s art will be presented by SAM curators and local experts in hour-long lectures followed by a question and answer period.

"Picasso and European Art" features Chiyo Ishikawa, Susan Brotman Deputy Director for Art and Curator of European Painting & Sculpture.
