My Favorite Things tours bring some of the most opinionated and fascinating artists, cultural producers and community figures into the galleries to discuss their favorite works of art. During Luminous: The Art of Asia, guests will illuminate works in the special exhibition and permanent collection for these engaging tours.

This week's tour features Xiaolin Duan, SAM’s Blakemore Intern for Chinese Art. Duan is a graduate student at the University of Washington, majoring in Chinese pre-modern history. She will discuss the Chinese paintings included in Luminous.

Free with museum admission. Tour meets at the entrance to Luminous.
