Holly Bass explores the endless allure of the female body—from the Venus Hottentots to video vixens—through her performances that challenge stereotypes and representations of women. For Bass’s Pay Purview at SAM, bring your dollars for an on-demand peek behind the velvet curtain at the artist’s “booty ball” choreography that is filled with seduction, discomfort and criticality.
