My Favorite Things: Highly Opinionated Public Tour Erin Langner February 22, 2013 6:30–7 pm Simonyi Special Exhibition Galleries

My Favorite Things tours bring some of the most opinionated and fascinating artists, cultural producers and community figures into the galleries to discuss their favorite works of art. During Rembrandt, Van Dyck, Gainsborough: The Treasures of Kenwood House, London, guests will illuminate works in the special exhibition and permanent collection for these engaging tours.

This week's tour features Erin Langner, SAM Manager of Adult Public Programs. A graduate of the University of Washington’s Museology program, Erin's work at SAM has focused on educational programming for adults, ranging from SAM Remix and SAM Creates workshops, to performances and lectures. She also is an independent writer who contributes regularly to the New American Paintings blog and has had work featured in The Stranger, ARCADE and other publications.

Free with museum admission. Tour meets in the fourth floor galleries, at the entrance to Rembrandt, Van Dyck, Gainsborough.
