	The Council of American Art is dedicated to having serious fun in our pursuit of knowledge and enjoyment of American art.

The Council of American Art is committed to the ongoing study and appreciation of nineteenth–and early–twentieth–century American art. Who are our members? They are teachers and students, collectors and artists, people who have studied American art for years and those who just began to learn yesterday.

What can you expect from the CAA? Typical activities include exclusive exhibit tours for members only, trips to see public and private collections, and lectures by leading professionals such as curators from the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the National Gallery of Art.
