Virtual Family Fun Workshop: Tiny Tots Sep 15 2020 Seattle Art Museum Off-Site 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM Abstract Animals Discover the world of abstract art and the monumental sculpture The Eagle by Alexander Calder at the Olympic Sculpture Park. Together we will learn and create abstract artworks of our own. Introduce your family to a variety of cultures and artistic traditions during a Virtual Family Fun Workshop. This art experience is designed to engage you and your child in an hour of learning and creating together. Every workshop will include looking closely at an artwork, storytime, interactive activities, and art making. We will mail you an artmaking kit with all the materials you’ll need to create your masterpiece the week of the workshop. Workshops are designed for specific age groups to provide an experience tailored to the needs of Tiny Tots (ages 3–5 yrs) and Young Artists (ages 6–8 yrs).A box of art supplies for the workshop will be mailed out a week before the scheduled workshop to ensure that they arrive in time. Art supplies for tickets purchased less than a week before the workshop, will be available for pick up at the Olympic Sculpture Park through our contactless locker system.
