About the facilitator
Gabriel-Bello Díaz is the Youth and Teen Program Manager at Pratt Fine Arts Center and has spent over 8 years designing curriculum for STEAM education for public schools and community programming. He was a previous educator in Federal Way Public School for 6-12 grade CTE engineering, while providing students with connections to resources in the city for academic and employment opportunities. His methods within PBL (Project Based Learning) have created dynamic classrooms where students have become entrepreneurs in building tiny homes for our homeless population in Seattle. Recently, he managed over a dozen instructors to become successful for this immediate need in online learning. This included Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Classroom mixed with the variety of plugins for each to make these classes beyond just face-time learning.
