Restore and reconnect with yourself through movement, performances, and art at the Olympic Sculpture Park. Join us on select Saturdays this winter for art experiences centered around mindfulness, healing, and restorative practices. Saturday evenings, enjoy sound healing performances featuring local and visiting musicians. Activity days feature movement classes, art activities, silent reading, and much more—all designed to integrate your physical and mental being.

What to know

All SAM Body + Mind programs are free and open to all ages.

6:30–8 pm, Saturday evenings
9 am–2 pm, Saturday activity days
Events take place at the Olympic Sculpture Park PACCAR Pavilion.

RSVPs are required for evening performances.

Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
