DESCRIPTION:Call your friends and bring the family\, admission is FREE to everyone at t
 he Seattle Art Museum on the first Thursday of every month.\nIn addition to
  our regular hours\, Seattle Art Museum will be open for Free First Thursda
 y evenings from 5–8 pm to provide more opportunities to visit the galleries
  for free! Evening hours will feature extra activities like live music\, dr
 op-in art making\, and in-gallery experiences for visitors.\nTickets are av
 ailable both onsite and online.\n2-4 pm | Game Play Testing at SAM\n3rd flo
 or Galleries\nWant to play a game in the galleries? Stop by the third floor
  to test out five game prototypes developed by SAM’s education team. These 
 games are great for families\, groups\, and anyone excited to connect with 
 our collection in a new way. Share your feedback to take home a prize!\n5-8
  pm | Actualize AiR Drop-in workshop: Art for Activism with Gabriel Bello D
 iaz\nBrotman Forum\nCut and assemble materials from newspapers\, magazines\
 , and other printed media to create a collage that advocates for a social c
 ause. Use contrasting materials and words to deepen the narrative. Actualiz
 e Artist in Residency (AiR) is a woman-run and woman seed-funded art organi
 zation. Their mission is to foster and accelerate the careers of emerging a
 rtists by creating space and opportunities\, establishing an artist allianc
 e in downtown Seattle.\n5–8 pm | DJ Sets by SEA Vinyl Society\nBrotman Foru
 m\nSEA Vinyl Society is a Seattle-based\, AANHPI collective dedicated to un
 iting communities through the collection\, preservation\, and performance o
 f music and stories from Asia and the Asian diaspora. Rooted in vinyl cultu
 re and community memory\, they celebrate their shared heritage through soun
 d.\n5–8 pm | Medicine Circle: Indigenous Stories of Return presented by SIF
 F\nPlestcheeff Auditorium\nThis selection of short\, Indigenous-made films 
 exemplifies the stunning fortitude and vibrant visions born of communities 
 from around the snowy northern regions of the world. Runtime 71 min.\n5-8 p
 m | Classical Guitar Performance by Reyes Gonzalez\n4th floor Galleries\nBo
 rn in Los Angeles\, Reyes Gonzalez currently lives\, teaches\, and performs
  in the Seattle area. A classically trained guitarist and musician\, Reyes 
 earned a Bachelor's degree in music with classical guitar studies at the Un
 iversity of California\, Santa Barbara. He has extensive solo and ensemble 
 performance experience over the last 20 years. Find him in SAM's galleries!
 \n5-8 pm | Write Postcards to Politicians\n4th floor Galleries\nIn this act
 ivity inspired by Ai Weiwei’s political advocacy\, write postcards to your 
 elected officials about the issues that matter to you. Ai\, Rebel: The Art 
 and Activism of Ai Weiwei inspires us to speak out about human rights\, gov
 ernment corruption\, surveillance\, immigration\, misinformation\, and othe
