  Impressionism for an illuminating conversation on how late-19th-century Fr
 ench artists captured the deep ties between food\, culture\, and national i
 dentity. From bustling markets and rural harvests to intimate kitchen scene
 s and grand banquets\, works by Monet\, Gauguin\, Pissarro\, and their cont
 emporaries reveal the social and political shifts of the era including the 
 aftermath of the Franco-Prussian War.\nCo-curators Andrew Eschelbacher and 
 Lloyd DeWitt will discuss the inspirations\, research\, and behind-the-scen
 es stories that shaped the exhibition\, offering fresh perspectives on the 
 artistry and cultural significance of these Impressionist masterpieces. Joi
