 nt collections and exhibitions.\nWhether you’re an art enthusiast\, a curio
 us newcomer\, or just looking for a place to recharge this weekend\, you’re
  always welcome. Learn about art through interactive activities\, meet new 
 friends\, or simply enjoy the atmosphere before exploring the galleries.\nP

 M Creates: Resin Keychains \n11 am –2 pm\nUsing dried flora and layers of p
 ainted paper\, design a keychain with guidance from artist\, Monyee Chau! \
 nInspired by the celebration of nature\, art\, and togetherness in Farm to 
 Table: Art\, Food\, and Identity in the Age of Impressionism.\nSAM Performs
 : Gretchen Yanover\, Cellist\nnoon–2 pm \nCellist Gretchen Yanover wears tw
 o musical hats: one as a composer of spacious string atmospheres which she 
 performs on electric cello with looping pedal—and one as a classical acoust
 ic cellist. She started playing with a loop sampler around 2001 and it chan
 ged her musical life\, inspiring her to improvise and compose. She has play
 ed with Northwest Sinfonietta orchestra since 1998 and is a member of NW Si
 nfonietta’s DEI task force\, working to make meaningful changes in the clas
 sical music culture\, along with creating connections in the community. NW 
 Sinfonietta has featured Gretchen as a soloist on her electric cello on sev
 eral occasions.
