  HyeYeon Kim\, a Seattle-based pianist originally from Seoul\, South Korea\
, draws inspiration from Farm to Table: Art\, Food\, and Identity in the Ag
 e of Impressionism\, with a performance shaped like a French multi-course m
eal. Each musical work offers a different "flavor"—from simplicity and fres
hness to richness and sweetness—reflecting the exhibition’s exploration of
food\, culture\, and identity. Together\, the program invites listeners to
experience French impressionist music not as separate works\, but as a shar
 ed table of sounds.
