DESCRIPTION:Play\, picnic\, create\, and frolic this summer at the Olympic Sculpture Pa
 rk! SAM presents an entire magical summer season packed full of programs th
 at combine visual art\, movement\, music\, community\, and a sprinkle of fa
 iry dust. This year\, we’re embodying the fairy magic of nature\, reminding
  us of the deep\, playful connection between imagination and the environmen
 t.\nAll Summer at SAM programs are free\, public\, and suitable for all age
 s. There is no outside alcohol permitted in the Olympic Sculpture Park.\nTh
 ursday evenings bring the party with performances by Seattle-based musician
 s\, hands-on art activities to inspire your creativity\, and rotating local
  food trucks. We kick off this season of Summer at SAM with live music and 
 performances presented in partnership with Sonic Guild and art-making curat
 ed by The Cutie Foundation.\n5:30–7 pm | DJ Clover\nKick off the evening wi
 th DJ Clover as he opens the program with a set full of sparkly beats\, pla
 yful remixes\, and dance floor magic.\n5:30–9 pm | Art Activities\nCraft yo
 ur own whimsical fairy trinket with a rotating cast of local artists curate
 d by The Cutie Foundation —then flutter back to the park on August 10 for t
 he grand finale of Summer at SAM: Fairy Fest\, where you can trade your tre
 asures with fellow fairies! \n6–6:30 pm | Neukom Vivarium\nExplore the Mark
  Dion's Neukom Vivarium on a guided tour of this hybrid artwork and learnin
 g lab\, where a fallen Western hemlock becomes home to an interconnected wo
 rld of fungi\, insects\, and microbes.\nSonic Guild Concerts\n7 pm | Passen
 ger String Quartet (PSQ)\nThis cutting-edge ensemble transforms the world o
 f strings. They merge the timeless beauty of classical music with the vibra
 nt pulse of contemporary and pop genres\, partnering with renowned artists 
 for electrifying collaborations. With a history of international tours and 
 major label recordings\, they deliver a fresh and dynamic sound that captiv
 ates audiences worldwide. PSQ is founded by the award-winning violinist and
  composer Andrew Joslyn\, who has worked with such artists and ensembles as
  the Seattle Symphony\, Jackson Symphony\, Michael Bolton\, Kesha\, Duff Mc
 Kagan\, and many others.\nDinner &amp\; Drinks\nGrab a bite during the conc
 ert from local food trucks Off the Rez and Kottu. Additional snacks and bev
 erages will be available for purchase from Shooby Doo Catering in the PACCA
 R Pavilion.
