Play, picnic, create, and frolic this summer at the Olympic Sculpture Park! SAM presents an entire magical summer season packed full of programs that combine visual art, movement, music, community, and a sprinkle of fairy dust. This year, weâre embodying the fairy magic of nature, reminding us of the deep, playful connection between imagination and the environment.
All Summer at SAM programs are free, public, and suitable for all ages. There is no outside alcohol permitted in the Olympic Sculpture Park.
Thursday evenings bring the party with performances by Seattle-based musicians, hands-on art activities to inspire your creativity, and rotating local food trucks. We kick off this season of Summer at SAM with live music and performances presented in partnership with Sonic Guild and art-making curated by The Cutie Foundation.

Sonic Guild Concerts
7 pm | Instant Crush
With a mission to breathe new life into the genre that ruled the 2000s, Instant Crush is ever-evolving. Fusing shimmering synths, electrifying guitar riffs, and penetrating vocals, they take the energy of the anthemic rock bands that ruled the radio and intertwine it with poignant, soul-baring lyrics fit to be the soundtrack of a coming-of-age film. Put simply, Instant Crush makes music for the tongue biters who have a lot on their mind.
8 pm | Linda from Work
Linda from Work is a fierce rock band hailing from Seattle, led by Hillary Tusick on vocals/guitar and featuring Elliott Gregory (guitar), Shayla Riday (bass) & Sam Nowak (drums). Meeting at the intersection of garage, glam, and dance-punk, Linda From Work has crafted a high-energy sound built on powerhouse vocals and driving melodies that can only be described as rock ânâ roll, baby!
Dinner & Drinks
Grab a bite during the concert from local food trucks Kottu and Sam Choy Poke Truck. Additional snacks and beverages will be available for purchase from Shooby Doo Catering in the PACCAR Pavilion.
