Betty Bowen Award Ceremony & Reception

Please join us for a lively evening celebrating the 2017 Betty Bowen Award winner, Jono Vaughan. As the winner of this award, a selection of Jono Vaughan's works will be shown at the Seattle Art Museum in the spring of 2018. Learn more about this artist in advance of the opening of Jono Vaughan: 2017 Betty Bowen Award Winner.

In addition, we will be honoring two Special Recognition Award winners.

This year, Deborah Lawrence will receive a special recognition award and Kirk Yamahira will receive the Kayla Skinner Special Recognition Award.

As part of the ceremony, the artists will introduce their work to the public. Reception with light refreshments to follow.

Free and open to the public.
