Step into a calming, restorative atmosphere where sound becomes a guide back to balance. Our Sound Healing Evenings feature a rotating lineup of talented artists who weave together soothing tones, meditative rhythms, and immersive vibrations designed to relax the body and quiet the mind.

Bring your yoga mat, settle in, and allow waves of sound to wash over you. Whether you’re seeking deep relaxation, stress relief, or a peaceful reset, these sessions offer a nourishing space to unwind and reconnect.

All SAM Body + Mind: Sound Healing Evenings are free with RSVP.

6:30–7:30 pm | Sound performance by UMI
As a singer, songwriter, and sonic healer whose genre-defying sound blends R&B, neo-soul and folk, UMI is a rising musical force. Born and raised in Seattle to a multicultural and musically inclined family, UMI found her voice early, and initially started sharing acoustic songs and covers on SoundCloud during high school. Her deeply introspective lyrics and calming presence have built her a loyal following.

Food and drinks
Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase from Shooby Doo Catering in the PACCAR Pavilion.
