Inspired by our own humanity and contemplation of other realms, Beyond presents new works from our SAM Gallery artists rich in both story and mystery. Nichole Dement explores the human form and the natural world with a variety of surprises within her encaustic works, while Troy Gua deconstructs the figure, and face, reminding us of the equalizing truth of what lies beneath.
