Come watch internationally recognized artist Fulgencio Lazo and his team create this year’s unique tapete. This year’s tapete is dedicated to local organizations that are working to support the Seattle community.
Come back for SAM’s Día de los Muertos community celebration on November 6 from 5-9 pm to see the completed piece and experience the art, traditions, music, dance, and delicious food of Día de los Muertos. The tapete will remain in the Brotman forum until November 14.

El tapete de este año está dedicado a organizaciones locales que están trabajando para apoyar a la comunidad de Seattle. Regresa para la celebración comunitaria del Día de los Muertos del SAM el 6 de noviembre de 5 a 9 pm para ver la pieza terminada y experimentar el arte, tradiciones, música, baile y deliciosa comida del Día de los Muertos.
