Community Family Fun Workshops

A smiling child crafts with pipe cleaners at a table of art supplies as an adult in the background offers encouragement.
About

Community Family Fun Workshop experiences are available upon request for organizations serving youth and families who have historically faced barriers or have been excluded from engaging with museums. Community Family Fun Workshops are designed to engage both kids and adults of all ages in learning and creating together. Every workshop begins by exploring a few works of art in SAM’s collection and special exhibitions. Then, with the guidance of a teaching artist and plenty of art-making materials provided, imaginations can run wild as you create a masterpiece inspired by your art adventure!

To reserve a Community Family Fun Workshop date, organizations must complete our interest form here!
